Welcome to Warmly. By downloading, purchasing a license, or using the Warmly macOS application ("the App") or this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
When you purchase a license for Warmly or the Full Bundle, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, one-time license to download, install, and run the App on personal Mac computers that you own or manage. You may use this software for personal or standard professional checks and encouragements, provided that your use aligns with these Terms.
All software code, database structures, UI designs, brand name, logos, and curated message library content are the intellectual property of Warmly and its developers. You may not:
Warmly relies on standard system integrations on macOS, including the launchd daemon manager and AppleScript hooks with the native Messages application. While we strive to maintain compatibility and release timely software updates, Warmly cannot guarantee perpetual functionality if Apple alters macOS operating system architectures, restricts automation access, or terminates the desktop Messages app framework.
All purchases are handled securely by Gumroad. Once payment is processed, license keys are delivered immediately to your provided email address. Any applicable regional sales taxes or VAT are calculated and charged by Gumroad at the point of checkout.
Warmly is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App's performance, stability, or constant uptime. Warmly is not responsible for any messages that fail to send due to computer sleep settings, internet disconnections, network outages, iMessage server failures, or carrier limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warmly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of communication, device downtime, database corruption, or relationship misunderstandings resulting from automated text timing, delivery skips, or software errors.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
